We are shipping worldwide to most countries and using the fastest and most secure delivery methods available to us.

Our Shipping & Handling Charges: $4.95 (or lower, with promotional discounts)

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Current COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the logistics network, which has affected the delivery times. As a result, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

  3. Paste any of the information mentioned above into the designated field on the page and press “track order”
  4. You can now track your order status.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

Damages

We will offer you a free-of-charge replacement, if your Wellnee order was damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team. Please contact our customer support team for approval. Customers can return the products ONLY after approval from our Customer Support Team.

Please be prepared to provide us with:
-Pictures of the damaged item or packaging.
-Order number.

Shipping & Return Policy for international orders (outside the US):

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Customs fees should be covered by customers, and customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs. 

If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we won't be able to refund you for that order or reship the order via another carrier. In this case, the package will be abandoned at customs.

If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.


*** Please note that not clearing the item out from customs, refusing or not claiming the order, providing a wrong address might cause the parcel to return back to us or be disposed of, in such case, a restocking fee of 15% will apply as per standard return policy, furthermore, $5/item return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund ***
